I’m usually kind of careful with retinol because a lot of products I’ve tried can make my skin feel dry, tight or irritated, but I haven’t had that problem with this one. It’s actually really comfortable on my skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated.
I also love that it has Centella/TECA, retinol, niacinamide, ceramides and hyaluronic acid in it. It feels like it’s doing a little bit of everything 😂 — helping with texture, tone, hydration, glow and just making my skin look healthier overall.

I’ve been using the Centellian24 Madeca Cream Time Reverse Zero, and I am truly impressed with how amazing my skin looks and feels. I’ve been using Madeca Cream consistently for 6 months, mostly as the last step in my nighttime skincare routine, and on days when my skin feels extra dry, I’ll also use a thin layer in the morning under sunscreen. It has a rich, creamy texture that feels nourishing without being overly greasy. It spreads easily, absorbs surprisingly well for such a thick cream, and leaves my skin feeling soft with a healthy glow instead of looking oily.
The standout ingredient is TECA (Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica), along with other Centella-derived ingredients that help calm irritation, support the skin barrier, and improve overall skin resilience. It’s especially great when my skin feels stressed, red, or dehydrated. After a few weeks, I noticed my skin looked smoother, more even, and felt much stronger with fewer dry patches.

A diferencia de otras cremas reparadoras que resultan pesadas o pegajosas, esta se absorbe súper bien. Deja una sensación de confort inmediata y ese brillo natural de piel sana (glass skin), pero sin engrasar.
La centella asiática se nota muchísimo desde las primeras aplicaciones. Reduce el enrojecimiento rápido y ayuda a que la piel se sienta más elástica y suave al tacto.
Funciona increíble como último paso en la rutina nocturna para levantarte con la cara descansada, aunque si tienes la piel seca también va genial de día antes del protector solar o del maquillaje.
Me encanta la línea madeca de centellian24, me hice fan de esta línea, así que decidi probar todas la versiones, buscando cuál de ellos aplica mayor beneficio a mi piel, ya que por tener piel madura, seca y tirante excepto la zona T, que es grasa, sensible y con tendencia a comedones en la área del rostro cerca a la nariz, me es difícil encontrar una crema que cubra esas expectativas que son prioritarias al igual de evitar manchas, flacidez, líneas de expresión o arrugas, hasta ahora me parece mucho mejor la versión clásica, también quisiera probar la versión que hay para la área de los ojos, pero no veo que la tienen, así que en cuanto lo tengan me gustaría que me lo dejen saber, gracias.
